We have selected our entire selection of tools and production processes with a view to avoiding harmful substances, using recycled materials, ensuring biodegradability, and avoiding waste. To ensure that you can completely rely on our products, we also audit our suppliers according to strict criteria on a regular basis. 

Our own SER (Social & Environmental Responsibility) program commits us and our suppliers to taking responsibility for people and the environment. All of our partners are audited under the international “Business Social Compliance Initiative” (BSCI) in the following important areas:

• Health and safety in the workplace
• Social performance and working conditions
• Ethical and moral behaviour
• Quality standards and environmental performance
• Observance of human rights and minimum wage regulations
• Prohibition of child labour and enforced labour

We get the chemistry right.

Getting the chemistry right with our customers starts with choosing the right raw materials. The aim of the European Union REACH Program is to ensure that by 2018 only tested and registered products are used, so that harmful effects on human health and the environment are kept to a minimum. In future, it will not be possible to sell pens in the EU unless the ingredients used in the inks and paints are registered with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) in Helsinki. We are already meeting these requirements, using approaches including our professional and sustainable raw materials management system. Our products are always a safe choice.
